Description
Took me forever to do on paint.NET. But I'm finally done, and I'm very proud of how the colouring came out. I copied one of panty's poses, by staring at it. Then I just duplicated it and redid each lineart on it's own.
Latex is Bell Bottom's sister. She doesn't appear to be smart, but she is and she's got a thing for Suspender's.
She's always wearing a latex skirt, and she removes one her latex gloves.. which turns into a brass knuckle. She's left handed. Her horns are striped, and yes I was too lazy to draw her tail and her wings.
I didn't draw her in her uniform, because she looks the same with her hair pulled back, and just wearing the uniform.
That's pretty much it.
